“WE HEAR YOU, ARTLORDS”

Heartbroken from reading the news over the last 3 weeks with the tragic situation rapidly escalating in Afghanistan, a photo caught my attention. A beautiful 8ft mural of two eyes with the words “We See You”, written next to it.

I subsequently discovered the brilliant and important creative organisation behind the thousands of murals called “Artlords”, who have been such a responsible voice and platform for social change, peace and kindness to millions, with their incredible messages on the blast walls in Kabul and beyond.

I had the honour of speaking to the very inspiring co-founder Omaid Sharifi a few days after his departure from Afghanistan last week.

Here is our conversation about their fantastic work and a direct explanation as to why it is crucial to keep the Artlords conversation going, now more than ever, on a global scale.

Spread the word, visit their website and support if you can.
